With a passion for great content and an eye for artistic detail, Rob and Freddie been creating content, marketing events and businesses over wide spanning industries.


With proven design skills ranging anywhere from website design, photo/video editing, colour correction, full size printed banners to t-shirt designs, the Skyline Futures team have the skills you need.


Alongside running Skyline Futures the team run sister company Spiral Studios, a Guildford based recording studio and rehearsal space, specialising in voice overs. Having access to this facility provides an extra level of service for all our clients. With crisp voice overs and bespoke music we can step up your digital content to new heights.​

Rob Piper



Creative manager



Rob has been active in the creative industries for years and is one some may call a digital native. Whilst working in the music industry as a manager, composer and performer Rob built a passion for videography and developed a strong understanding of the importance of quality digital connect for all industries in the modern age.



Freddie Cardew-Smith



Development



Freddie has a rich experience in multiple industries from launching and managing Spiral Studios, a recording and rehearsal space in Guildford, to managing one of the UK’s largest watersports centres, Queen Mary Sailing Club.

Transferable skills from these industries saw him spending an increasing amount of time freelancing in businesses development, content creation, graphic design, video production & web design.


With the emergence of drones and a passion for creating exciting new content and the desire to give his broad skills a new home he teamed up with Rob to create Skyline Futures.

READY TO FLY





Rob and Freddie are fully qualified drone (UAV) pilots with ‘Permission for Commercial Operations’ (PFCO) granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).


Please never hire a drone pilot who does not hold a valid PFCO, it is illegal to operate in the UK without this.


Drones can capture amazing, compelling video and photos at a fraction of the cost of traditional helicopters and ground filming platforms. Low-level drone filming can bring alive a story, however drones (UAV’s) are subject to a lot of laws and regulations. Because of this we carry out a pre-site survey and feasibility study before we agree to any new drone work. We will work with you to get the shot you want.
